The plastic shell has been abused and doesn't stay on like it should when you handle it. Its very easy to push around and pull off the console in places where it is broken. The small back hard drive cover is missing completely. It does run but has very hard dirt stuck to the exterior that isn't coming off. The controller works but does have some drift that might be noticable in racing games. It wasn't an issue in a shooting game. Wifi works, runs quietly, has a good HDMI, runs warm like a console. Overall selling it as-is no returns due to the cracked plastic.
