How it’s pictured in the photo is the farthest “up” the taped side can go. It cannot go all the way up. Despite this, the listening and wearing experience is the same as if it were completely fine otherwise. The condition is very nice other than this issue. If you want a good pair of noise canceling headphones that will perform great for a fraction of the price, this is the pair for you.
