I dont know how to grade cards but the off centering of the perforation, being up against the picture on the left side, most likely puts it in the 4-5 range. Those typically (last 3 months for cards graded 4) have gone for between $80-$230 on ebay with the avg being about $150 or so. The 2023 death nyc prints are brand new, signed, numbered, dated 2023 and blind stamped. The paper is heavy stock high quality 300 gsm. They come with signed COA cards and gold seal stickers that mirror the blind stamp.
