Contiguous United States shipping and International Shipping via eBay's International Shipping Program only! Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO, and FPO shipping is not available. It will be shipped out via UPS. One last statement regarding shipping: I used to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) but due to the continual incompetence, mistakes, delayed packages, and lost money I no longer use them. I now exclusively use UPS. That also means the shipping costs have increased but that's the nature of things. I refuse to use the USPS to ship anything. If you ask for me to use them, the answer is no. As for shipping costs: shipping is determined by the size of the shipping box, the weight of the box, and the distance it will travel. eBay does the calculations and then gives out the shipping cost. I do not have control over that. Your item is going to be bubble-wrapped, protected by packing peanuts (except in the rare of occasions, then it's surround by a different packing product to protect it), and then placed in a sturdy box to ship out. That takes money and I do not offer free shipping. I am not Jeff Bezos and this is not Amazon. Amazon can take financial hits offering 'free shipping', but the truth is there is no such thing as free shipping because someone's always paying for it and that will not be me.
