Description: This is a stylish fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy (20"). The hat is a Navy Horse hair straw crown with Vintage dusty blue straw applied brim with net drape. Decorated with Vintage blue silk florals with rhinestone accents. The hat has been sewn into this shape and netting sewn to hat. It has a nice size crown and sits nicely on her head, but I'll include a hat pin. The matching straw bag has a straw strap with scarf. Very pretty! I make my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 30+ year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home.
