This book is 1 of only 25 special presentation copies printed. It is "Number PC-70-RW-1", which is a special FIRST EDITION copy that was presented to a limited number of people who were contributors and responsible for the content of the book. Few people are even aware that these 25 presentation copies of the book exist and they seldom come up for sale. Only the presentation copies have the white hard covers and page 5 lists the names of the recipients of all 25 presentation books. In addition to Dean Whitakers signature on page 1, the unnumbered previous page has a handwritten note from Dean. This is my book and I personally knew 11 recipients of the listed 25 presentation book copies during the late 1970s. The regular brown cover book copies have been sold for as much as $500 and more in excellent condition. This presentation copy is far more desirable and is in perfect condition. It has been in storage since the 1980s and it is crisp and clean.
