This is an extremely rare factory sealed "top deck" magazine from October 2000 which includes a Long crimp Team rocket booster pack and an MLB showdown card as well. These magazines were produced by Wotc themselves at the time. The magazine itself is in good condition but does have a few small issues on the corners of the spine. There is also a small tear in the bottom right corner of the factory wrapping which is shown in the pictures. The last issue I can see is there appears to be an indent or small crease on the cover where pichu's face is. Overall this is a very rare piece of pokemon history you just don't find everyday, including a factory sealed booster pack of Team Rocket unlimited that could contain a potential heavy pack!
