Saddle stapled heavy card wraps, having a French flap at rear cover with a single slit sized for map insertion, 4to size (10 inches tall), pp. [1]-23, [24 - ad], illustrated with multiple decorative headpieces, ten birds-eye view in-text color maps - two being double page, and a separate route map, measuring 24.5 x 30.5 inches wide, with "Lithographed in Canada 5-1940" at lower left corner, verso blank. A commercial objet d'art, created by mid-century modern "Ad Men" and destined for the collection that has (almost) everything. Fine. A scarce and desirable snapshot piece of promotional literature, intimately detailing the nascent airline's routes and services with individual in-flight trip descriptions throughout the text. OCLC locates just three copies of this brochure - only one of which, records the large color route map found in this copy.
