There are some rubs a nicks to the cardboard, e.g. along the edges. There is cellophane tape, but that is original from the factory (I purchased it new, so I know it has never been opened or had tape added outside of factory). There is a circular defect on the back of the box. There are a few dirt (?) pieces under the plastic. I'm cure I'm making it sound much worse than it really appears in person.
