They are standard metal license plates and they are the official variety distributed by the Presidential Inaugural Committee. The license plates read, "835," and measure approximately 12 x 6 inches. These would fit on a standard automobile. At that time, you could legally drive with them for a certain period of time. They were stored in original packaging on top of each other which is why the white on each is a different coloring. Please see photos for more details.
