A waterproof seal is made with SealLine's exclusive DrySeal roll-down closure that buckles in to place. A manual air purge valve can be opened as the bag is being sealed to let out any excessive air, and then closed to prevent additional air from returning into the bag after being sealed. It could be used as a standalone dry bag, but it was designed for the ILBE pack. The inside of this bag is a high-visibility orange color that helps you find contents in the bag easier, or the bag can also be turned inside out to use as a signaling/rescue aid.
