This has a floral pattern on it which has a rose like flower in the middle and pretty design around the pierced areas. Marked on the back is Vestal Made in Portugal 950. In addition, this has 3 holes in the bottom rim in order to use the plate as a wall decoration. This measures about 8 1/2" in diameter.
