Mail your tape(s) to the address below. You are responsible for this shipping cost. Message us the tracking number (to expedite turn-around time). Your tape(s) will be converted and shipped back within 2 business days (per tape) upon receiving the tape(s) from you. We will notify you when your MP4 File(s) are available for download, using a private link (Google Drive or similar). Please message us if you would also like a USB flash drive containing your video file(s), which will be sent back with the tape(s) for an additional fee.
