Vintage 1930s Black Rayon Dress With Cream Lace Collar Size Extra Small

Description: Beautiful but wounded 1930s-1940s vintage black cocktail dress by Franklin of Chicago. No fabric tag, but I’m certain it’s rayon/crepe. Beautiful lace neckline with rhinestones and faux pearls and lovely pleats at the hip. Has original shoulder pads (still in great shape, no dust). Zips up the side (zipper strong and functional). Flaws noted: small hole near bottom of skirt and large tear at bottom of skirt (pictured), also missing belt (belt loops evidence that there was a belt at one point). Perfectly wearable with care if the tear at the hem is fixed. Modern size EXTRA SMALL (wouldn’t fit on my mannequin).
