This book is surprisingly in very good condition given the age! 24 sleeves that hold vintage 45s The original owner has written in the record index inside the front cover. Front cover has been glued on as it was off at one time. Water damage can be seen on the front cover, but other than these issues, just as expected where and tear but not bad at all. The color on the front cover is impeccable yet. Please be sure you want the item before bidding as I do not accept returns. I do not ship outside the US or to post office boxes.
