Description: Beautiful vintage 1970s burgundy polyester dress. Casual or evening. Looks amazing with tall retro boots. Beautiful flutter sleeves with high waist and tie belt with goldtone accents. The only issue with the dress is that the original elasticity in the waist has given out partially but due to the fact that it’s belted it’s still perfectly wearable. Price reflects issue. Tags of brand and size have been removed. The dress is polyester and falls knee length. Due to the style of bust, sleeves and tie belted waist the size is versatile. I wear a 0 to 2 and it is slightly too baggy on me. I estimate this dress would be sized a modern 3/4 or 5/6 and feel it fits an average size small to an average or smaller medium in size. Lying flat measures: appx 18” across at bust 11” across at waist (unstretched elastic) hips 21” length shoulder to bottom 40”
