Blade and handle have minimal scratches, and marks, from normal use. Blade is sharp, but could still use a proper sharpening. Knife is 1 pin 1/2 tang, brown marble like handle. It is a very nice looking knife, and it looks like it has not been used to often. You don't see these types of knives with brown marble like handles, usually they are off white with silver, or just off white. Knife is in very good used condition. Good Luck, Sweet Piece.
