Description: The sticker that should be on the 12 sided base is missing. After a lot of searching my best guess is that this is made from Hawkes Mfg. Co. As there is no sticker or manufacturer indication this is just my educated guess. There is some rusting on the metal parts. This item is old and has been used. It does rotate and work as it should.
