There may be some spots on the outer edges that have a little wear from storage and being moved around. They will need cleaning as they have been in storage. I do not know If mounting tape squares are included. If they are, I would not guarantee they will still be sticky. The Box does not say they are included but I have seen other boxes that have the tape squares included. The boxes show wear and some water damage but are still together and glued.
