Description: The discontinued bathroom sink & drain set from IKEA's popular Grundtal stainless steel bathroom/kitchen line. item # 901.441.79 we bought this about 12-15 years ago, i think, but realized it didn't fit our old house, and apparently we just hid it in the basement instead of returning it to ikea. if i can remember correctly, the thing that gave us trouble was the ends of the included 1/2" cable hose things that attach to the hot & cold water hookup in the house....see last pic.it didn't attach to the pipes coming out of our wall, and we couldn't find an adapter, so we ended up buying a vintage sink instead, and not using this. our house got water hookup in 1934, so presumably modern homes will have a newer style of attachment/spigot/thing that will work with these, or at least take an adapter, but i'm unsure as this is the only house i've ever tried to buy a faucet for. as you can tell by my struggling through this description, i have no idea what i'm doing. anyway, taken out of box, but all the pieces are still here. one foam washer is a little squished in one spot, but shouldn't affect use.it is surprisingly hefty, it's a nice quality.
