Are projects or creative uses coming to mind for it? Or something specific you’d store inside? A good looking vintage wood box. It’s a handmade build that always catches my eye= sorta folky and primitive in construction. I guess I’d call it a “medium sized box,” bigger than a trinket box or the small Lane Cedar boxes, but still table-top sized. The shelves look to be glued in on a shim type small piece of wood underneath. Love these sort of pieces: functional objects, made to serve a purpose and are full of quirk and also a unique object. Definitely not a woodworkers build. Someone could have bought a plastic storage box from Target, Walmart, or Amazon, sure, but they didn’t and instead took the time to make this oddity.
