Description: Vintage wood and metal spool copper Roebling magnet wire. AJ Roebling's Sons Company. Trenton, NJ. Spool height is 3.5". Spool diameter is 3". Weight of spool and copper wire combined is 1lb., 6.9oz. Very thin/ fine gauge. Original label intact although shows signs of wear consistent with the age of the piece. I believe this potentially dates from the 1930s-40s. I have been tasked with selling items from my elderly father's home and this has been on his tool bench for many years.
