Description: Vintage Lightly Used WARWOOD Straight Peen Blacksmith's Hammer Head in wicked clean condition. It measures 6 3/8" long, has a 2" tapered peen, and weighs 4 Lbs. 3.2 Oz. It's rust free and has been lightly oiled for protection. Head is stamped 'Warwood 4 2 77'. So maybe manufactured in Feb. 1977, or over 40 years ago. Center eye for a handle measures 1 1/8" x 5/8".
