I have several of these vintage booklets that are new, never sold or distributed, but they have a few stains inside, see photos. The cover is very nice, and the pages are still securely stapled. Pages are tight. No strange smells. There is no year inside of the booklet, but the man that wrote this was a friend of my mother's family when she was a little girl. He also wrote a poem for my mother when she was a little girl, and if my mother was still living, she would be age 106. We believe that the booklet was written just before the turn of the century, just prior to 1920. Toward the end of this booklet is a lengthy poem warning about the perils and dangers of alcohol.
