This sensor is what turns the fan on when the heating element comes up to temp, and it allows the fan to run in a "cool down" mode till the heating element is cooled down. It mounts to the back of the heating element as seen in one of the pics. This fan sensor will work in other heaters of the Qmark or Fahrenheat and Dayton brands of many different wattages and voltages, and maybe other brands as well, but that is up to you to determine. This was from a working heater that was scrapped out because of the fan motor being worn and noisy. This part is being sold as-is, no warranty.
