Description: I'm amazed at the quality and precision of this German-made rifle but it's too heavy for my needs, which are more hunting and plinking than bench shooting. This rifle (or carbine) is the closest to new condition as you'll ever find in a used rifle. I religiously oiled the steel surfaces after every time I'd touched it to prevent any hint of corrosion or permanent fingerprints. There are some small scratches near the scope mount stop-pin holes that I couldn't get them to show up in photos. Shipped in the original box/packaging and shipping box, with lots of padding in-between.
