This is a solid brass buckle with darkened accents and an ornate scroll design, made by Award design Medals, in the 1970s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.8 oz.
