Description: This wonderful early doll came to me from England just as shown with original tag stating the provenance pinned to her slip. Apparently she had a dress originally but she came to me in just her underwear. I dressed her in an antique wool dress that I had. It's a bit large around the waist but looks good on her. It looks as though a portion of the papermache plate at the back might have been rebuilt. Please look at the picture. Her upper arms might have been replaced at some point. I could not remove her pantaloons because the bands at the bottom are too tight for me to remove Her shoes are absolutely fabulous. I hate to part with her... but she deserves to be displayed with pride. Feel free to ask questions. From a pet and smoke free home. Thank you
